What you’ll be doing:
As a Partnerships Coordinator within the Virgin Australia Business Flyer (VABF) team, you’ll play a key role in helping the program and its partners achieve shared growth and commercial success. Managing a diverse portfolio across multiple industry sectors, you'll tailor engagement strategies to suit each partner category. Reporting to the Head of SME Loyalty, you’ll support the implementation of new partnerships and contribute to quarterly planning and delivery, working within an agile framework.
In addition you will:
- Support the launch and implementation of new partnerships in collaboration with internal teams
- Manage and grow a portfolio of partners, ensuring performance targets are met
- Act as the main contact for partners, handling communications and day-to-day operations
- Coordinate with partner operations to ensure seamless delivery and manage escalations
- Contribute to agile project delivery, including participation in Scrum ceremonies
- Prepare and review monthly Partner reports, reconciling data and resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and resolve Partner or customer issues.
- Support the Manager with campaign planning, offer sourcing, and new Partner onboarding.
You’ll be great in this role if you:
- Come with a minimum 3 years’ experience working preferably in an account management, loyalty or commercial role
- Demonstrated expertise in managing accounts and stakeholder relationships.
- Have excellent attention to detail and a solid communication / presentation capability
- Exposure to Agile and Scrum methodologies (desirable)
- Have an understanding of campaign management process and objectives
- Come with knowledge of digital marketing and/or loyalty marketing
- Experience working within digital marketing or eCommerce environments. (desirable)
