What you’ll be doing

A high profile program delivering a marketing enterprise solution across VA and Velocity program.  

You will be working within a complex technical landscape and can elicit both functional and non-functional requirements, in an agile setting. You’ll build a strong relationship with stakeholders across all touchpoints of the program, and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders alike. You’ll work diligently with internal enabling teams and external vendors to ensure requirements are interpreted correctly, and solutions delivered are fit for purpose.

You’ll be great in this role if you… 

• Have a passion for improving business processes and delivering value 

• Have a Tertiary qualification in Business or Information Technology 

• Have experience in Martech and can work autonomously with minimal prompting 

• Have at least five years’ experience in a Business Analyst or Solution Analyst role in a variety of business divisions, such as Loyalty, Airline, or IT 

• Are living in Sydney or Brisbane
