What you’ll be doing: 

As an Analytics Specialist your role is to perform analytics across large, complex datasets to create insights  and commentary for squads. In this role you will act as the squads insight expert, creating visuals, documents, commentary and recommendations based on your analysis.   

Your analysis will look to better understand the members, partners and behaviours to make critical business decisions on program construct, member experiences and partner engagement to drive business value and support the squad OKRs. 

You’ll be great in this role if you: 

• Have 4+ years’ experience in an insights analytics role or equivalent, with a focus on driving business outcomes 

• Expert SQL / Python (or similar) coding ability in extracting from and manipulating large data sets. 

• Experience in experiment design and analysis. 

• A strong understanding of key analytical concepts including statistical methodology, segmentation and targeting. 

• Highly developed skills in proactively scoping, executing and communicating sophisticated data discovery and analyses in response to stakeholder challenges. 

• Comfort in independently delivering results and insights to a broad range of stakeholders, and experience in storytelling through data to a range of audiences. This includes influencing and advising business stakeholders and presenting your analysis and findings in ceremonies such as showcases and key business meetings. 

• Are comfortable with using digital analytics to deliver reporting, analyse and attribute conversion, generate insight and optimise digital experiences and campaigns 

• Have Power BI, Tableu (or similar) visualisation software skills (desirable) 

• Come from a Loyalty program or loyalty marketing experience background (desirable) 

• Have experience working in an agile workplace and familiar with agile ceremonies and practices including SCRUM and Kanban (desirable)   

• experience with optimising digital experience and campaigns (desirable)
