Specialist, Network Integrity

The Role:

As a Specialist, Network Integrity, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing knowledge and capability within the Network Integrity team and ensure performance, compliance and operational delivery is of the highest standards.

The position is based in Brisbane Head Office in South Bank and you will work closely with the Network Integrity Manager, and other Managers/ Specialists from IOC.

As a Specialist, Network Integrity, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Network Integrity team to deliver operational excellence
  • Investigate and respond to occurrence reports.
  • Conduct reviews to ensure compliance with process and policy
  • Implement process changes where required
  • Design and delivery of Network Integrity team training
  • Attend relevant stakeholder meetings and identify actions required
  • Build and foster relationships with external agencies to support the Network Integrity portfolio, including but not limited to; Air Services Australia, Aero Adapt, and third party contractors within outsourced ports.
  • Reconcile all invoices and raise purchase orders for any relevant third-party suppliers within the Network Integrity portfolio.

What you need to be successful:

  • Ability to analyse and resolve highly complex system and process problems
  • SME in Network Control and Air Traffic Flow Management
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor team members
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build long term relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet critical timelines.
